New Delhi: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) expects the economy to grow at 7.8-8.2% in the current fiscal year, its new president Sumit Mazumder said on Thursday.
Mazumder, at his first press conference after assuming charge as head of the industry lobby, said India is currently the world’s fastest growing economy.
He also announced that CII will launch a start-up centre.
