The absence of members of Parliament (MPs) who posed questions forced the Lok Sabha to wind up its one-hour-long question hour in 25 minutes on 30 November.
The recurring absence of MPs in the question hour has forced the Rajya Sabha to amend its rules to ensure that no starred question goes unanswered irrespective of the presence of the members.
