Obama wins in Pennsylvania

Washington: It’s a state that John McCain badly needed to win, but Pennsylvania has gone to Barack Obama. The state’s 21 electoral votes go to the Democrat.

The loss of Pennsylvania narrows the possible paths to victory for McCain.

Obama now leads with 99 electoral votes, to McCain’s 34.
