IT companies like Infosys and TCS started the trend and now non-IT companies too have hopped onto the bandwagon. Publishing firms, HR companies, media houses and advertising agencies are letting their people work from home as also stagger their work hours.
Procter and Gamble has gone a step ahead by letting employees work up to two days a week from home and to facilitate this have also volunteered to set up their ’residential work stations’.
