Industrialist Arvind Mafatlal dead

He was 88.

The industrialist had been brought to Chitrakoot about a month ago from Mumbai as he wanted to spend his last days there, a Mafatlal Group release said.

Mafatlal’s contribution to the industry and society at large was recognised and he was bestowed awards and honours by various social organisations, it said.
