Pak judge dismisses charges against Saeed
Islamabad: A judge in Lahore dismissed charges of terrorism against Jamaat-ud- Dawa leader Hafiz Saeed, who India accuses of planning the Mumbai attacks in November, GEO television reported, without saying where it got the information. The judge said there wasn’t enough evidence against Saeed and that his group wasn’t banned by the Pakistan government, it said. The broadcaster didn’t say whether Saeed will be released from house arrest.
