According to Inside the Mind of the ‘Wired’ Mobile Phone Buyer, a report by digital marketing agency Webchutney, a majority of online mobile users intending to buy another handset use social networking websites for more than one hour a day, exchanging views and sharing feeback, comparing features and gathering information on products and services.
