Stop CBI from fudging proof, court urged

New Delhi: A day after Reliance ADAG president A N Sethuraman claimed before a special CBI court that the agency had called him to its office in a ”suspicious manner” two days before his court appearance, an accused in the 2G spectrum allocation scam on Thursday moved the court seeking direction to the agency to not resort to the ”unhealthy practice” of calling a witness ”unofficially” to its office in a bid to ”tamper” with evidence.
