LIC Housing cuts home loan rates by 75 bps

Mumbai: Leading mortgage financer LIC Housing Finance Ltd on Monday cut its home loan rates by 0.75 percentage points for existing customers effective from 1 April. With this, borrowers can now avail loans for a rate of 10-10.5% as against 10.75-11.25% earlier.
