Energy | Oil minister discusses gas dispute with PM

New Delhi: Oil minister Murli Deora discussed the Krishna-Godavari gas dispute and several issues at a meeting with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi on Wednesday.
The details of the discussions can’t be revealed, Deora said over the phone.

BG resumes gas, oil output from Panna field
New Delhi: UK-based BG Group Plc restarted production of crude oil and natural gas from the Panna field off the west coast on Wednesday after a two- week shutdown.
Production will be increased gradually, Rajeev Khanna, director, policy and corporate affairs, said in an emailed statement, without specifying a time frame.
