Mumbai: Maharashtra chief minister Ashok Chavan on Sunday performed the formal ground-breaking ceremony of the Gulf Finance House Bsc-promoted $10 billion (Rs45,800 crore) GFH Economic Development Zone. Spread over an area in excess of 1,700 acres outside Mumbai, the project will be India’s largest foreign direct investment-driven integrated development project.
