Mumbai:The Bombay high court on Wednesday postponed the hearing in the case between market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) and the Central Information Commission (CIC). The case pertains to an alleged instance of insider trading by Reliance Industries Ltd in the shares of the erstwhile Reliance Petroleum Ltd in 2007. The court is yet to announce a fresh date for the hearing.
