New Delhi: A few hours after he blamed the media on Tuesday for misinterpreting his comments that the Prime Minister and the former finance minister were in the know of the scandal-ridden spectrum allocation, A Raja did a volte-face: In a submission to the CBI court, the jailed former telecom minister said the PM could have set up a group of ministers (GoM) to study spectrum allocation issues, and since he did not, he could be held guilty of conspiracy and dereliction of duty. Raja’s argument in court that the top government auditor’s computation on the 2G loss was not even relied upon by the CBI.
