New Delhi: As oil prices continue their upward trend, alternative energy sources like biodiesel are receiving more attention among general consumers and those in the farming sector.
Farmers have stepped up the production of the raw material that is used to make this alternative fuel and many are also turning into its biggest consumers.
Resultantly, demand for alternative agricultural products is reportedly growing. Engineers at New Holland Agriculture are working to deliver equipment that operates on biodiesel, a renewable source of energy. The company also reports that all products with New Holland Manufactured Engines are approved for biodiesel blends up to B100.
