James Bond made its way into the action too, with Shirley Bassey singing the title song to the 1960s James Bond film, Goldfinger.
British singer Adele also took the stage to perform Skyfall from the latest Bond flick, which later went on to win the best original song Oscar.
Barbra Streisand took the Oscars stage for the first time in 36 years to perform ‘The Way We Were’ following the In Memoriam tribute.
