App Radar: Latest apps and games for Android and iOS
Google’s Instant Apps program, which allows users to access important features of an app within the mobile browser itself without having to download the app first, has been rolled out on over 500 million smartphones. However, the persistent problem of malicious Android apps continues to be a major source of concern for users. After a DDOS botnet called WireX infected over 70,000 devices by hijacking apps on the Play Store, Google had to take down over 300 apps linked to the botnet from the Play Store.
Meanwhile, to create more awareness about chronic depression, Google is offering the option to take the PHQ-9 test on the Google search app itself.
Here are the latest apps and games you can download on your Android and iOS devices.
