New Delhi: The cheese business is growing 10-12% per year. Despite the industry’s growth, the cheese business is still in its latent stage. Mumbai and Delhi capture half of the cheese market, and some stores and manufacturers think this is a void just waiting to be filled.

Sunil Bhu, owner of Flanders has been doing his trade commercially since 1991, but only in the past five years has business really started to take off.
