Bangalore: Kiran Karnik has joined as additional director on the board of telecom services company Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd, the Bangalore firm said on Monday.
Karnik was till recently the government-nominated chairman of the scam-hit Satyam Computer Services Ltd, which was later taken over by Tech Mahindra Ltd. Karnik was earlier president of Nasscom.
