New Delhi: The executives who head Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts will swap jobs, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, which runs the two chains, said on Friday.

Dev Amritesh, president and chief operating officer (COO) of Dunkin’ Donuts India, will take over as president and chief business officer at Domino’s Pizza India with immediate effect.

Tarun Bhasin, president and COO of Domino’s Pizza India, will take over as president and chief business officer, Dunkin’ Donuts India, Jubilant Foodworks said in a statement.

Both the executives will report to Ajay Kaul, CEO, Jubilant FoodWorks.

“Jubilant FoodWorks is in a phase of growth and we have the right leaders at the helm to guide us through this phase of opportunity… Flexibility and leadership development is in our DNA and this change of roles is a strategic move to help both the brands,” Kaul said in a statement.

For the quarter ended December 2015, Jubilant FoodWorks reported a 9.3% drop in net profit on higher staff and rental costs to 31.74 crore. Revenue rose 14.4% to 633.94 crore during the quarter.

The promoters of HT Media Ltd, which publishes Mint, and Jubilant FoodWorks are closely related. There are, however, no promoter cross-holdings.
