Nestle India names Waszyk next chairman

New Delhi: Nestlé India Ltd named Antonio Helio Waszyk to take over as its next chairman and managing director, the company said in a release to the Bombay Stock Exchange. He will succeed Martial C. Rolland, who is to take up a new assignment within the Nestlé Group, the company said on Thursday. Waszyk is currently head of the food strategic business unit at the Nestlé Group in Switzerland, the company added.
