Mumbai:Rolta announced the signing of an agreement to acquire WhittmanHart Consulting, the consulting Division of Chicago-based WhittmanHart Inc.(WHC), a company providing value driven solutions in digital communications, process improvement, and enabling technologies for over two decades.
A key provider in consulting services in the Business Intelligence (BI) space, the company addresses end-to-end solutions for the needs of Business C-level executives to solve EPM issues through the use of WHC’s unique tools and methodologies. Using industry expertise, WHC has developed proprietary financial templates, driver-based planning models, and BI Scorecards and acceleration tools.
WHC’s partners include Oracle, Business Objects, Cognos, CA and HP. As a part of its growth plans, Rolta will move up the value chain by offering EPM and risk management, especially to its GIS/geospatial and engineering clients.
