Mahindra Lifespace plans expansion

“Over the next six months, we will be in a position to launch four projects, one in Mumbai, one in Chennai, one in Hyderabad and one in Nagpur," said managing director and chief executive Anita Arjundas.

The projects totalling about 3 million square feet would be completed in phases and would take about three-four years to complete, she said.

The company, part of the diversified Mahindra group, specialises in both residential housing and commercial development segments.

Mahindra Lifespace has posted a net profit of Rs246.6 million in July-September, as against Rs173.4 million posted a year ago.
