Bengaluru: Altico Capital India Pvt. Ltd, the non-banking financial company of Asia-focused investor Clearwater Capital Partners LLC, has invested about 575 crore across three projects in Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru, the company said on Wednesday.

Altico has entered into a multi-project financing arrangement with Marvel Developers in Pune, concluded its second transaction with Midcity Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd in Mumbai and has financed Bengaluru-based Unishire Urbanscape Pvt. Ltd against a portfolio of five projects.

“Altico continues to focus on its core strategy and looks to build a stable business deploying Rs.2,500 crore in Tier 1 cities each year. We expect to close out similar amounts of disbursements of around Rs.600 crore in this upcoming quarter," said Sanjay Grewal, chief executive, Altico Capital.

“These transactions appealed to us from the standpoint of product offering, promoter comfort, project stage and multiple cash flow streams. They have been structured to provide a win-win solution to the developer and us by aligning project execution with the prevailing market scenario," said Amit Pachisia, chief credit officer at Altico.

Altico Capital is also backed by Varde Partners, Inc. and Abu Dhabi Investment Council. It has completed 11 transactions in the past nine months, including investments in Radius Developers in Mumbai and co-investment with Piramal Fund Management Pvt.
