B.S. Bhullar to be next DGCA director general
Bhullar has been performing the role since former DGCA M. Sathiyavathy moved out in July
New Delhi: B.S. Bhullar, a civil servant in the aviation ministry, will be the next director general of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
The DGCA is the country’s civil aviation regulator.
According to an official statement, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) chose Bhullar, who has been performing the role since former DGCA M. Sathiyavathy moved out in July as the new labour secretary.
Bhullar belongs to the 1986 Indian Administrative Service cadre from Uttar Pradesh and is an additional secretary in the aviation ministry.
