San Francisco: Cisco Systems Inc.’s co-presidents Rob Lloyd and Gary Moore will leave the company late next month when new chief executive officer Chuck Robbins takes over.

A third top manager, Padmasree Warrior, Cisco’s chief technology and strategy officer, also is leaving the world’s largest maker of networking equipment on 25 July, the technology blog Re/code reported, citing people briefed on the matter.

Robbins announced Lloyd’s and Moore’s departures on Monday in a blog post, adding more moves would be made within two weeks. David McCulloch, a Cisco spokesman, declined to comment whether Warrior, one of the company’s top female executives, is leaving.

Moore, the company’s first president and chief operating officer, joined San Jose, California-based Cisco in 2001. Lloyd, president of sales and development, has been at Cisco for 21 years.

Cisco is scheduled to hold its annual conference from 7 to 11 June. Robbins is scheduled to take over 26 July. Bloomberg
