Mumbai: Tata Technologies Ltd, a global engineering and product development company, has appointed Warren Harris as chief executive and managing director of the company, effective 9 September. Harris replaces Patrick McGoldrick, who is retiring after spending 20 years in the role. He will continue providing counsel to the company board in retirement.
Harris, who has been part of Tata Technologies for 26 years, was president and chief operating officer since 2005, responsible for the company’s day to day operations.
“Warren is an effective leader who will take Tata Technologies forward in its next stage of growth,” said McGoldrick.
“I’m excited to help scale the business to $1 billion in revenue through intelligently differentiated services for our manufacturing clients and the globe,” said Harris.
“Warren’s appointment ensures continuity of leadership as the company accelerates growth as a strategic, full services product development partner for clients in the automative, aerospace and industrial machinery markets,” said S. Ramadorai, chairman of Tata Technologies.
