Helsinki: Nokia Siemens Networks and ZTE Corp.said on Wednesday they had won orders for 3G network equipment and services from Indian operator Aircel, a unit of Malaysia’s Maxis Communications.
China’s ZTE said its share of the 3G deal was worth $85 million, while Nokia Siemens did not unveil the value of its order which covered three regions.
The top mobile network gear maker Ericsson said last month it had won a 3G network deal to cover six Aircel’s regions.
