GSS America to buy US IT infrastructure firm

Mumbai: GSS America Infotech Ltd said on Monday it would acquire a US-based IT infrastructure firm, widening its presence in the United States.

It did not give any financial details of the deal or disclose the name of the acquisition target.

GSS America will also divest its pure professional services business unit, which has revenue of $10 million, to Ajel Technologies for about 1.7 million shares in the latter as a strategic investment, GSS America said in a statement to the BSE.
