Online gaming firm Shirsa Labs raises $250,000 in early-stage funding

The company is looking to use the funds to hire large teams, improve technology and expand globally

Mumbai: Mumbai-based online gaming company Shirsa Labs Pvt Ltd. said on Wednesday that it had raised $250,000 in early-stage funding from angel (individual) investors through the investment platform operated by ah! Ventures.

The company, founded in 2013 by Sukhada Tendulkar and Mandar Desai, is looking to use the funds to hire large teams, improve technology and expand globally. Shirsa Labs uses online service to engage with over 70,000 students, with access to over 2,000 schools.
