Mumbai: Oberoi Realty Ltd (ORL), India’s second largest developer by market value, on Friday reported a 12.45% increase in its second quarter net profit to Rs83.72 crore, helped by robust sales.
In a filing to BSE, Oberoi Realty reported net sales of Rs250.89 crore for the quarter to September, a 32.6% jump from Rs189.19 crore a year ago.
On a standalone basis, the company’s second quarter net profit stood at Rs70.8 crore, while net sales were Rs194 crore.
ORL shares fell 0.39% to Rs331.90 from the previous close on BSE.
