Tata Elxsi appoints Ganapathy Subramaniam as chairman

Mumbai: Design and systems integration firm Tata Elxsi Ltd on Wednesday appointed N. Ganapathy Subramaniam its additional director and chairman, with effect from 1 November.

Subramaniam takes over from S. Ramadorai, who stepped down from the board at the age of 70 as per company policy. He is currently executive vice-president at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) and head of TCS Financial Solutions, a strategic business unit of TCS.
