Mumbai: Bangalore-based telecom solutions company OnMobile Global Ltd has informed BSE that its director Barry B. White has resigned with effect from 14 August due to personal reasons.

The board of directors accepted his resignation on 18 August.

The announcement was made before market hours on Tuesday. Shares of OnMobile Global were trading 1.75% lower at ₹ 33.70 apiece at 11:57pm, while the benchmark Sensex was trading flat at 26,396.96.
