GMR subsidiary picks up 17% stake in Delhi Duty Free Services

The other shareholders of Delhi Duty Free Services are Delhi International Airport (49%) and Yalorvin (33.07%)

GMR Infrastructure Ltd said on Monday that its subsidiary GMR Airports Ltd had acquired a 17.03% stake in Delhi Duty Free Services Pvt. Ltd for an undisclosed amount.

Delhi Duty Free Services operates, maintains and manages duty-free outlets at the Indira Gandhi International Airport under a 15-year concession from the GMR-led Delhi International Airport Pvt. Ltd that runs until 2024-25.

The other shareholders of Delhi Duty Free Services are Delhi International Airport (49%) and Yalorvin Ltd (33.07%).

Yalorvin is a subsidiary of Aer Rianta International Cpt, wholly owned by the Dublin Airport Authority of Ireland.
