Maruti to recall 13,157 diesel engine cars
Mumbai: Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest carmaker, said on Wednesday it would recall 13,157 diesel engine cars.
Maruti, 54.2% owned by Japan’s Suzuki Motor, said it would inspect the ‘connecting rod bolt’ for units of its Swift and Ritz model diesel cars with engines manufactured between 13 November, 2010 and 4 December, 2010.
Last week, Maruti reported a 28.2% rise in March total sales to 121,952 units.
