ING Vysya says parent investing Rs945 mn
Mumbai: ING Vysya Bank Ltd said on Tuesday ING Bank N V is investing Rs945 million in the latter, which is issuing perpetual bonds in foreign currency as Tier I capital.
The bonds have a call option at the end of 10 years and the draw down will happen on 22 October, it said in a statement.
The issue was approved by the ING Vysya board on 30 June.
