BackHousing.com buys HomeBuy360 for $2 million
The acquisition will help Housing.com create efficiency in its sales operations

Mumbai: Locon Solutions Pvt. Ltd, which operates property portal Housing.com, on Sunday said it has acquired Sadanika Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a sales management cloud services provider company that operates HomeBuy360 for $2 million.
“Developers are key stakeholders to drive efficiency in the Indian real estate sector. Our vision is that every developer uses HB360 to bring down their sales and operating costs. This will help in reduction of property prices eventually benefiting the consumers," said Rishabh Gupta, interim chief executive officer with Housing.com.
The acquisition will help Housing.com create efficiency in its sales operations. The cloud services will help developers and agents to streamline sales by tracking inventory, managing customer relations and reduce costs for over 20,000 developers in the realty ecosystem. The deal will also help collate data on transactions for the data science lab of Housing.com for analytics.
“The Indian real estate sector remains highly unorganized, posing significant challenges to the entire ecosystem. With less than 10% of developers currently using CRM (customer relationship management) for their back end and customer connect operations, we have a huge opportunity ahead of us," said Home-Buy360 founder Rajat Kothari.
