Mumbai: Locon Solutions Pvt. Ltd, which operates property portal, on Sunday said it has acquired Sadanika Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a sales management cloud services provider company that operates HomeBuy360 for $2 million.

The acquisition will help create efficiency in its sales operations. The cloud services will help developers and agents to streamline sales by tracking inventory, managing customer relations and reduce costs for over 20,000 developers in the realty ecosystem. The deal will also help collate data on transactions for the data science lab of for analytics.

“The Indian real estate sector remains highly unorganized, posing significant challenges to the entire ecosystem. With less than 10% of developers currently using CRM (customer relationship management) for their back end and customer connect operations, we have a huge opportunity ahead of us," said Home-Buy360 founder Rajat Kothari.
