New Delhi: Drug firm Abbott India on Wednesday reported a 34.61% rise in its standalone net profit to 68.56 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2015. The company had posted a net profit of 50.93 crore for the same period of the previous fiscal, Abbott India said in a filing to BSE.

Standalone total income from operations of the company also rose to 633.10 crore for the quarter under consideration as against 525.29 crore for the corresponding period year ago.

Shares of Abbott India on Wednesday closed at 4,520.05 per scrip on BSE, up 0.92% from its previous close.
