IHG to sign management contracts for two mid-scale hotels

New Delhi: UK-based luxury hotel operator InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is in the final stages of signing contracts with Gurgaon-based real estate firm Orris Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd to manage two upcoming hotel properties in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR), an Orris Infrastructure executive said on Monday.
IHG owns a portfolio of hotel brands including InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites.
Gurgaon-based Orris Infrastructure is developing group housing projects, commercial complexes and township projects across Delhi-NCR. The real estate firm recently received an investment of ₹ 80 crore from Kotak India Real Estate Fund as debt for a group housing project in Gurgaon.
