Tata Global Beverages Q2 consolidated profit up 51% to `180.03 crore
Tata Global Beverages' total income rises from `1,899.08 crore to `.1,965.70 crore
Mumbai: Tata Global Beverages Ltd on Tuesday said its second-quarter consolidated profit increased by 51% to ₹ 180.03 crore as compared to ₹ 119.04 crore in the corresponding year-ago period.
Total income increased from ₹ 1,899.08 crore to ₹ .1,965.70 crore.
The company also said its board of directors approved the merger of its subsidiary Mount Everest Mineral Water Ltd, maker of Himalayan packaged water, with itself. The merger will be effective 1 April after all the requisite statutory and court approvals, including shareholders approval, are obtained.
