Mumbai: Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd (BCCL) on Friday announced changes in its top management with Sunil Lulla, managing director and chief executive officer of Times Television Network being moved into the role of president–corporate development at BCCL.

The company has also brought back M.K. Anand, an old Times group hand, to replace Lulla.

Lulla has spent over eight years in various leadership roles at Times Television Network.

In his new role at BCCL, he will work closely with Vineet Jain, managing director, BCCL Group, and Satyan Gajwani, chief executive officer, Times Internet Ltd, to oversee a number of group initiatives in the areas of sports, music, international events among other things.

Anand, who has worked with the group for 19 years, first with the print business for 14 years and later with the television business at Zoom from 2004 to 2009, will work towards strengthening the company’s television channels.

HT Media Ltd, publisher of Mint and Hindustan Times, competes with the products of BCCL in different markets.
