New Delhi: Microsoft Corp. on Wednesday relocated Mukund Mohan, director of Microsoft Ventures in India, to Microsoft’s global headquarters in Redmond, Washington.

He will be taking an additional responsibility of helping to set up Microsoft Ventures presence in the US starting July, said the company in a statement.

“He will continue to lead the India operations along with Ravi Narayan and Kattayil Rajinish Menon. While Ravi will be responsible for the Bangalore Accelerator, Rajinish will drive the community and engagements with the ecosystem in India," the statement said.

Frances Du will continue to run Microsoft Ventures in China and Zack Weisfeld will remain responsible for Tel Aviv and European hubs. Mukund, Frances and Zack will continue reporting into Rahul Sood, general manager and partner, Microsoft Ventures," it added.
