Fiserv appoints Gokhale as President of India subsidiary

New Delhi: Information management and electronic commerce systems services provider Fiserv has appointed Shrihari Gokhale as President of its wholly-owned Indian subsidiary, Fiserv Global Services.
Gokhale would be taking over from Arun Maheshwari and joins Fiserv from international banking major Barclays Bank’s Indian subsidiary, Barclays Technology Centre India, Fiserv said in a statement.
“We are extremely fortunate to have attracted Shrihari to take up the reins at FGS. His vast experience and leadership skills will build on and enhance the execution of our Fiserv 2.0 strategies," Fiserv Executive Vice President (Operations) Douglas Craft said.
Fiserv is a Fortune 500 company and has more than 2,000 employees in India with offices in Pune and Noida, the company added.
