New Delhi: HCL Technologies Ltd, India’s fourth largest software exporter, on Tuesday said it will open a new service delivery centre in Oslo, Norway to support its ongoing growth in the Nordic region, which includes parts of northern Europe and the North Atlantic.

This is the third delivery centre in the region besides Espoo in Finland and Stavanger in Norway. The new centre will enhance the company’s delivery capabilities and serve as a hub to provide IT infrastructure and application services to its customers in the region, the company said.

The decision is in line with company’s strategy to go deeper into the US and the Europe markets. In September, the company expanded its existing global delivery centre in Wake County, North Carolina, US, aiming to create an additional 1,237 jobs by the end of 2018.
