Shoppers Stop appoints Debasish Gupta of Marks & Spencer as marketing head
Debasish brings rich domain experience and marketing leadership to Shoppers Stop, says managing director Govind Shrikhande
Mumbai: Shoppers Stop Ltd has appointed Debasish Gupta, former marketing head of retail chain Marks & Spencer, as its head-marketing, loyalty and analytics, filling a position that has been vacant since October following the departure of Vinay Bhatia to the Future Group.
At Marks & Spencer, Gupta oversaw the company’s India growth story through customised marketing concepts, loyalty programme management and digital marketing.
