Timesaverz Dotcom raises Rs15 crore from Unilazer Ventures

Bengaluru: On-demand home services start-up Timesaverz Dotcom Pvt. Ltd has raised ₹ 15 crore from Ronnie Screwvala’s Unilazer Ventures.
The latest round of funding will be utilised to strengthen its technology solutions and product portfolio, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
Timesaverz.com was founded in April 2013 by Debadutta Upadhyaya and Lovnish Bhatia and is headquartered in Mumbai. The company had an undisclosed seed funding in October last year.
The home services space has attracted large amounts of funding in recent years. Other on-demand service providers including UrbanClap Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, Housejoy.in, Imma Web Pvt. Ltd (LocalOye) and Crenovative Ideas Pvt. Ltd (Taskbob.com) have collectively raised over $20 million in funding in recent times.
“Since the launch of its new interface both on web and mobile, Timesaverz has been witnessing a 3 times growth in visitations and 80% of the traffic is through mobile. The recent round of funding is aimed at bolstering our technology solutions and strengthening our product portfolio," said Debadutta Upadhyaya, co-founder and CEO of the company. Timesaverz currently operates in six metro cities in India.
