New Delhi: Punjab’s Kings XI got their act right at Mohali on 27 April. Just get rid of the rock solid foundation and the rest of the team will crumble like a pack of cards.

Bundled out as they were for 158, the Daredevils only managed to hit the ball over the top on two ocassions. Only two batsmen — top scorer Manoj Tiwary (39, with six boundaries against his name) and K Karthik (24) — were able to score more than a score, literally.
In contrast, when the Kings XI came in to bat, the show was completely dominated by Simon Katich’s brilliant 75 and Yuvraj’s 40.
There were a few scares in between, but the Kings finally wrapped it all up 3 balls short of 20 overs.
