New Delhi: Accessories maketh a man and for long, trendy eyewear has enjoyed premium attention with an increasing number of designers and apparel brands diversifying into the eye wear segment.

The Fall 2007 eyewear collection from the high-street fashion house of Tommy Hilfiger sees the launch of traditional classics with new detailing.

From vibrant colours to dainty styles, each piece uses the ingenuity of tomorrow to create a lifestyle brand for today.

Modern Style: Making its debut is the TH 7229 ST and TH 7230 ST for women.The grouping begins with the TH 7229 ST, a full square metal frame, and the TH 7230 ST, a full rim metal shield, both featuring handmade temples joined by a dramatic open end piece.

The brand’s flag logo is embellished in red, clear and blue rhinestones on each outer temple and it also sits discreetly on the right inner temple tip. Both models have adjustable nose pads offering lenses providing 100% UV protection.

There is an assortment of eye-catching colourations from a Gold metal front complemented by Beige horn plastic temple with Brown gradients lens, to a model featuring a bold Black frame finished with rich Grey lens option.

Retro Sun: Is for men with strong classic and clean styling. TH 7249 has a full handmade aviator frame, while the TH 7250 is a full handmade modified square eye, and the TH 7251 completes the group with Wayfarer styled frame. Each model features an exclusive buckle inspired metal plaque with an engraved TH logo on both outer temples. The TH flag logo is also found on the inner right temple tip. All styles feature lenses and provide 100% UV protection.

The TH 7251 style is featured in the Fall 2007 global advertising campaign for Tommy Hilfiger Eyewear and is available in a fall colour palette with warm Brown, Green and striking Tortoise and Grey set the tone.

Sporty Sophisticated Glam: Is for women and it comes in two shapes that would appeal to both the sporty and glamorous. The plastic two-some, includes the TH 7264, full plastic round frame, and the TH 7265, full plastic square frame. Both offer some textural interest with perforated temple detail, finished with a vertical flag logo along outer temples. Another flag detailing is found on the inner right temple tip. Each model offers lenses that provide 100% UV protection.

Available in hues of classic Black and Tortoise, there are rich combinations of Blue with Green and Burgundy with Grey, topped off with Gradient and Mirror lens options on select models.
