New Delhi: Budget airline Tigerair has cut its fares by almost half for its flights from India to Singapore.

The airline is offering return fares from about ₹ 10,999 from five Indian cities for travel between 11 July and 30 September, the airline said on Monday.

The cheapest regular return airfare between Bengaluru and Singapore was costing ₹ 20,345 for June, according to fares on travel portal Makemytrip.com.

Tigerair operates a total of 35 weekly flights to Singapore from Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Kochi and Tiruchirappalli.

The offer is up for booking between 30 May and 8 June.

Leslie Thng, chief commercial officer, Tigerair, said the airline “added value for money to passengers through such promotions which makes their international trips more affordable".
