New Delhi: One of the prominent Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service providers, vCustomer Corporation, has announced plans of serving large corporates in India through its customer management solutions.

The service provider is setting up a new facility in Mumbai, in addition to the existing facilities--three in Delhi and one in Pune. With the opening up of the new facility, they will also increase their employee base by 35% from the existing base of 3,500 employees.

“With tele-density witnessing buoyant growth, the corporate segment in the country would need a robust infrastructure and proven delivery models to serve customers better. We would leverage on the expertise that we have acquired from the U.S. and U.K. markets to provide the best of breed services to domestic companies," said Sanjay Kumar, founder and CEO of the company.

By capitalizing on falling telecom costs in the country and by offering customized IVR services, its other technology driven solutions will include a CRM platform and various business intelligence tools that can provide analytics in customer behaviour and buying patterns.

The company has bagged four customers in the last three months and clients range from big players in the logistics, banking and finance and automobile segments, besides having a sizeable number of PSUs on their list.
