Fusilli Chicken Gorgonzola

Serves 1


80g fusilli pasta

40g chicken

30g Gorgonzola cheese

100g cream

20g butter

1 tsp thinly sliced garlic

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1tsp parsley

2ml extra-virgin olive oil


Dice the chicken. Heat the pan, add extra-virgin olive oil and sauté the chicken with garlic. Stir and add parsley. Once cooked prepare the sauce.

For the sauce heat butter in a pan and add garlic. Add cheese, cream and the cooked chicken. Add cooked pasta into this sauce and cook for another 2 mins. Garnish with chop parsley and serve hot.
